The supported browsers are the latest versions Firefox and Chrome, on Windows, Mac OS and mobile devices. Other browsers are not supported . To be clear: Edge, (for example, NOT Internet Explorer, Edge, and Safari are not supported for Schedule Xpress).

In order to run administrative functions, the computer must be able to run the Citrix Receiver to access the admin program hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services). Mobile apps

Apps are available for iOS and Android. Users who cannot use the apps can use the equivalent web-based function. Only versions released in the past two years are supported.

Apple iOS must be version 10.x or later. Android must be version 7 (.0 Nougat ) or later.

An internet connection is required.

For Team Xpress, permissions include location services, files, photos and camera.
