Acknowledging a Shift
To acknowledge a shift, first find the shift in your schedule. Click on the schedule icon to access your schedule.

Click on the shift to access the shift details. You will see "Slide to acknowledge shift added". Note that you can only acknowledge a shift that is less than two weeks away. If the shift is more than two weeks away, you will not see the shift acknowledgment switch.

Slide the green arrow to acknowledge the shift. You will then see the shift details without the shift acknowledgement switch.

Confirming Your Shift
Once you have accepted a shift, you need to confirm that you will work it at least 24 hours before the shift starts. If you don't confirm the shift, we will try to contact you to confirm that you will work the shift. If we cannot contact you, we may assign the shift to another wyrker.

48 hours before the shift start time, you will receive a notification to confirm the shift. To confirm that you will work a shift, go to the shift details in the Wyrk app. You will see a confirm button at the bottom of the shift details.
