Your employer uses the Celayix eTime Xpress suite of employee scheduling tools. You, as an employee, can interact with the system using self service portals.

Up to three Three portals may be available. Your employer will tell you which ones are applicable to you.

Team Xpress

This self service portal is available on the web, and as a mobile app for your Apple iOS or Android device.

With Team Xpress you can do these things, if configured by your employer:

  • See the schedule that your employer has assigned to you
  • Check in and out of your shifts
  • Confirm that you will work your shifts
  • Schedule yourself into shifts that you would like to work (self-scheduling)
  • Acknowledge changes made to your schedule
  • Indicate your availability to work
  • Request time off
  • Enter time sheets for shifts that you have worked

Your employer will provide you with your login credentials.

Voice Xpress

This self service portal is available by dialing an assigned phone number and using the telephone keypad to interact with the system.

With Voice Xpress you can do these things:

  • Listen to the schedule that your employer has assigned to you
  • Check in and out of your shifts
  • Confirm that you will work your shifts

Your employer will provide you with your login credentials.

iCalendar

This portal allows you to vew view your schedule in your calendaring app on your phone, tablet or computer. You subscribe Subscribe to the iCalendar , and to keep your calendar app is kept up to date.

Getting Assistance

Your employer

Your first point of contact is your employer.

  • They can assist you with your logon credentials and passwords.
  • They can answer any questions about the shifts that you have been assigned or the shifts that are available for self-scheduling.

  • If you have difficulties accessing the system, not related to passwords, contact Celayix Software.
  • You can provide feedback about program features and operation using the Feedback form in Team Xpress.
