Employee maintenance

How do I set up a Team Xpress account without actually sending an invitation to the employee?

Send the invitation to yourself:

  • Create the employee using your own email address

  • Send the employee an invitation by email

  • When you get the email, accept the invitation and follow the instructions

  • When prompted for a password, enter the password that you want the employee to have

  • Enter the employee’s true email address

  • Put checkmarks on the Consent box(es), That is a vital step, and can be done only through this process

  • Logout of Team Xpress

  • That’s it

What happened to the Void status?

In previous versions of Celayix there were three employee statuses: Active, Inactive, and Void. There was also a quasi-status of Void-Archived.

Now the three statuses are Active, Inactive and Archived. There is no more Void status. The reason for this is that many users told us that they always archived an employee immediately after setting them to Void. So we eliminated the middleman and skipped the Void status.
