Components
Celayix is comprised of multiple components or modules. The minimum requirements for each component are described here.
These are the requirements as of May 2019.
Configurations
Each module operates in one or more modes: computer browser, mobile browser, mobile phone app and browser, tablet app and browser, and a Citrix-based program accessible from a computer browser.

Browsers
The primary scheduling app, as well as supervisor and employee apps, are browser-based. Additional web-based apps will be deployed over time.
The supported browsers are the latest versions Firefox and Chrome, on Windows, Mac OS and mobile devices. Other browsers are not supported.
Recommended bandwidth is Broadband Internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps download (faster is better).
Citrix
In order to run administrative functions, the computer must be able to run the Citrix Receiver to access the admin program hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services). Citrix Receiver’s requirements can change over time. Refer to the Citrix website for up to date information.
Computer
OS: As a result of the system requirements for Citrix Receiver and the browsers, Windows must be version 8.1 or later, and Mac OS must be 10.11 or later. OS requirements will change over time as the Citrix and browser requirements change.
Memory: At least 4 GB (more is better)
CPU: At least 2 CPUs (more is better)
Mobile apps
Apps are available for iOS and Android. Users who cannot use the apps can use the equivalent web-based function. Only versions released in the past two years are supported.
iOS must be version 10.x or later. Android must be Nougat or later.
Firewalls and other security
The users must be able to access all sub-domains at https://*.celayix.com
