FAQ - Time Xpress

This is a list of the most common questions answered by Celayix support team. For questions not answered here, refer to the Time Xpress User Guide, or contact your company's administrator.

Where do I download the Time Xpress mobile app?

• Go to your Apple or Android phone's app store and search for celayix time xpress.
• Download and install it.
• The app is free.

What if I don't have Apple or Android?

• Use your computer's or phone's web browser and go to http://time-xpress.celayix.com
• You can use Safari, Firefox and Chrome.

How do I logon to Time Xpress?

• Enter your Client ID, Username and Password.
• All three items will be provided by your company.
• If you have used eTime Xpress, then use the same username and password.
• Do not contact Celayix; we do not have this information.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

• Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
• Or ask an administrator at your company to change your password in eTime Xpress.
