Fixed Issues

Time Sheets

French and Spanish translations have been added to the new time sheet page. TEAMXP-641

Inconsistent date range representation between Time Sheets and My Timecard. TEAMXP-1107

Spelling errors corrected. TEAMXP-835

Import of time sheets into eTime Xpress was not including the Break amount. TEAMXP-1011

Label for Double Overtime was incorrect. TEAMXP-1106, 1153

Mismatch between Team Xpress and eTime Xpress after updating a rejected time sheet. TEAMXP-1105

Time Off

Improved message when the Start Date and End Date are in the wrong order. TEAMXP-982

A Javascript error was shown in some cases. TEAMXP-1097

Incorrect message when creating time off request. TEAMXP-1155

A success message was being displayed instead of a warning message when time-off could not be submitted due to date restrictions. TEAMXP-1044

Formerly all time off requests from the past and future were being shown. To simplify the page the requests from the beginning of the previous month until 12 months into the future are now shown. TEAMXP-902

Self-Scheduling

Improved the date validation on the Find page. TEAMXP-1157

The Schedule Me button is always shown. This is to prevent a case where sometimes the button would not be available after selecting some shifts. If Schedule Me is pressed when no shifts are selected then an appropriate message will be displayed.

Miscellaneous

The Client ID and Username are now shown at the bottom of all pages. This is useful for employees who work for more than one company and have to log in to multiple Client IDs.

Shift Notes can now contain external website links which are clickable rather than having to copy/paste. 

Known Issues

Forgot your password?

When you press Forgot your password on the Log In page you are asked to enter your Client ID and Username. If there are spaces at the end of either, then the email that you receive will have an invalid reset link.

Solution: make sure you do not have spaces at the end of Client ID and Username before pressing Reset
