Your employer uses the Celayix eTime Xpress suite of employee scheduling tools. You, as an employee, can interact with the system using self service portals.
Two portals are available. Your employer will tell you which one is applicable to you.
Team XpressThis self service portal is available on the web, and as a mobile app for your iOS or Android device. With Team Xpress you can do these things, if configured by your employer:
Your employer will provide you with your login credentials. | Voice XpressThis self service portal is available by dialing an assigned phone number and using the telephone keypad to interact with the system. With Voice Xpress you can do these things:

Team Xpress
This self service portal is available on the web, and as a mobile app for your iOS or Android device.
With Team Xpress you can do these things, if configured by your employer:
- See the schedule that your employer has assigned to you
- Check in and out of your shifts
- Schedule yourself into shifts that you would like to work (self-scheduling)
- Acknowledge changes made to your schedule
- Indicate your availability to work
- Request time off
- Enter time sheets for shifts that you have worked

Voice Xpress
This self service portal is available by dialing an assigned phone number and using the telephone keypad to interact with the system.
With Voice Xpress you can do these things:
- Listen to the schedule that your employer has assigned to you
- Check in and out of your shifts
