Once you have accepted a shift, you need to confirm that you will work it at least 24 hours before the shift starts. If you don't confirm the shift, we will try to contact you to confirm that you will work the shift. If we cannot contact you, we may assign the shift to another wyrker.

Confirming Your Shift

48 hours before the shift start time, you will receive a notification to confirm the shift. To confirm that you will work a shift, go to the shift details in the Wyrk app. You will see a confirm button at the bottom of the shift details.

Click on the confirm button. Click on "Yes".

You will see a success message.

A shift that has been confirmed will show a check mark in the schedule.
