The reset password link on the Login page is now working. 

Confirm/ Unconfirm/Cannot Work Options Now Available (TeamXP-1030)

The ability to confirm/unconfirm/cannot work has been added to Team Xpress. When enabled, employees are presented with the options to:

  • Confirm their shift

  • Unconfirm a previously confirmed shift

  • Cannot Work can be selected if they are unable to work the shift

An alternate option is to have users shifts automatically confirmed when assigned and then be given the option to indicate they cannot work (up to some time before the shift starts). 

Self-Scheduling – by default select first item in filters (TeamXP-1042)

If filters are being used, if no items are selected, by default preferences will be set to the first item in the list. Users can update their default preferences by going to the Preferences area in Self-Scheduling.

Self-Scheduling – Find button not working correctly (TeamXP-890)

The Find button was sending a new request each time it was pressed even if a previous request was still in progress. The Find button will now be disabled until the previous request has finished.

Self-Scheduling – options not displaying on Safari browser (TeamXP-1038)

The preferences button was not displaying on a Safari web browser. This has been fixed.

Creating an unscheduled shift (TeamXP-1024)

The ability to create an unscheduled shift was not working. This has been fixed.

Long notes not showing properly in the mobile app (TeamXP-1029)

Whereas long notes show on two lines in the browser version of Team Xpress, in the app they were cut off. This has been fixed.

Map fails to display when switching between Details and Map tab (TeamXP-1010)

This has been fixed.

Timesheet had ability to change customer/site/service (TeamXP-1018)

When adding a time sheet to a scheduled shift, Team Xpress allowed the employee to override the customer, site and service. This has been fixed.

Timeoff requests order reversed (TeamXP-678)

Timeoff requests were ordered from oldest to newest. This order has been reversed with newest at the top. 

Site phone number not displaying (TeamXP-991)

This has been fixed.
